1. To achieve assigned sales and collection targets by formulating clear sales plan and plan on account receivables.
2. To develop and implement short & midterm strategic plans to achieve business goals.
3. To manage a cost center and independent charge to handle the cost center.
4. Manage global and Indian OEM customers by proper relationship building and other key accounts like the Tier I & II of OEMs , including business expansion.
5. Further develop business in the area by winning new OEM accounts and new business.
6. Manage service requirements of key customers in the area.
7. Capable to analyze the market trend , the need of customer and the work closely to the product management team by backward integration.
8. Supervise the work of demand Planning & Forecasting .
9. Managing a Team of Sales & technical .
10. Responsible for New product launch and implementation.
11. Responsible for IDS & DSO.
12. Responsible for over all business development in region.
13. Taking lead in identifying and developing new business opportunities
14. To use competitive intelligence and to increase the business share in market or at the customer place.

MBA / Degree / Masters in paint technology / Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry, 8~10 year’s experience in sales / Techno – Commercial / Marketing preferably in paints in the automobile OEM segment.
Computer literate, should know Hindi & English. Excellent communication , good presentation and inter personal skills.
