HOW CAN I ACTIVATE DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT FOR ME?
 

1. Please download and print the SEPA form.
   
2. Complete all mandatory fields.
3. Do not forget to sign the document.
4. Scan the signed SEPA form and send it via e-mail to syrox.info.at@axaltacs.com
   

Tip! We recommend to check the box at “Recurrent payment” if you want to use direct debit not only for one single order, but also for future purchases in our shop. If you select “One-off payment” instead, you will have to repeat the steps above for each following order to be paid through direct debit.

FURTHER IMPORTANT REMARKS ABOUT DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT: 

• Please take into account that it takes up to one week since Axalta receives signed SEPA mandate to make direct debit available for the customer.
• Your account will be debited after 7 days from the moment when the invoice is issued.
  Your SEPA mandate expires 36 months after the last initiated collection.
• Core Direct Debit grants customer a 'no-questions-asked' refund right during the eight weeks following the debiting of a customer's account. In the event of any unauthorized direct debit collections, the customer's right to a refund extends to 13 months.
• Your rights regarding the SEPA mandate are explained in a statement that you can obtain from your bank.
