Requirement
A system was required for the protection of internal surfaces, electrics and electrical boxes, moving parts and external areas.
Coatings
CCI 450 was sprayed onto all exposed electrics. CCI V100 Tape was used to treat all the electrical boxes. CCI 300M was added to the lubricating system and misted into the injectors. CCI Powder was blown into the main cavities. CCI 350 was applied to all moving parts. CCI 400 was sprayed on to all external surfaces.
