Once the recruitment process has been completed, the final candidates will begin a training, coaching and mentoring program in which they will learn to work accordingly to the company’s guidelines to face new challenges and make decisions on behalf of Axalta.
The positions offered in Logistics will be located in several locations of the company around Europe. Germany, Belgium and Spain will be the destinations where the final candidates will develop their career in Axalta.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a related degree.
- 5-8 years professional experience in the industry.
- Willingness to step-up as a future leader
- Strong business analytics relationship management, strategy development, project management, problem solving and change management skills.
- Ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Demonstrates creative and critical thinking skills, Hands-on mentality and ownership behavior.
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas to summarize complex issues
