Axalta Coating Systems, a leading global company with more than 150 years of experience in the coatings industry, is opening a recruitment process in Europe to find the future leaders of the company.
The company seeks to increase its staff by employing a series of highly motivated individuals, both on junior and senior levels, who will become key figures of the organization. After passing the recruitment process, the candidates will participate in a program of individual coaching and mentoring, and will be trained in a collaborative work culture for a company that lives and breathes its values.

What are the requirements of the campaign?
The “Be a future Leader” campaign of Axalta is looking for profiles in the areas of Logistics, Sales and Production. The first requirement is a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Sales or a related degree. The campaign seeks experienced candidates with at least 5 years of experience in these fields.
The ability to travel nationally and internationally, as required, will also be an important factor. The positions offered in this campaign are based in different company headquarters throughout Europe (Wuppertal in Germany, Gumtransdorf in Austria, Montbrison in France, Cavenago in Italy or Asturias in Spain).
How is the recruitment process like?

The recruitment process will be structured in two phases.
- The first part of the process will be an interview to determine basic skills. This interview will be conducted via Skype.
- The second interview will be face-to-face (whenever possible) at the location determined by a Human Resources representative.
When the recruitment process comes to an end, a new phase of training will begin in which the candidates will face real business challenges through the execution of a project and you will be entrusted, encouraged and motivated to make the right decisions on behalf of Axalta.
