Sales Specialist— Impregnating Resin Full Time - Regular Shanghai Shanghai 3709
Achieve & exceed sales target in the assigned territory (Zhejiang, Shandong, Shanxi, Hunan, Hubei, Sichuan, Chongqing, Anhui and Fujian) by managing existing customer and developing new business.
Ensure on time payment of each account. 
Execute business project at territory level and monitor project progress. 
Work with technical service to identify opportunity and potential customer’s needs. Provide professional product portfolio recommendation. 
Provide timely update to management on customer calls via SFDC/call report.
Take lead to manage customer’s quality complaint, work with Technical & Quality to provide problem solving solution and maximize customer’s satisfaction. 
Manage existing distributors and develop effective professional distribution network.
Build up professional relationship with customers at all levels and deeply understand and research customer/Industry’s changing needs. 
Provide market information to product manager on new product development. 
Understand Impregnating resin market trend. Collect competitor’s product & business information on the market, support management to establish business development strategy. 

Bachelor degree or above.
At least 3 years sales experience in motor or transformer industry.
Major in polymer science, chemical engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering is a plus.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and good pressure management skill.
Self-learning and positive working attitude.
Able to travel frequently.
Good English communication skill and computer skill.
