Aufgaben
- Sie sind verantwortlich für den Bereich der Behälterreinigung und die Sicherstellung der zeitgerechten Verfügbarkeit der erforderlichen Behälter für den Produktionsbetrieb sowie für den Betrieb der internen Lösemitteldestillationsanlage
- Sie haben die fachliche und disziplinäre Führung für 5–10 Mitarbeiter
- Sie verantworten und leiten Verbesserungsprojekte nach dem LEAN Konzept zur Produktivitätssteigerung
- Sie verantworten die Einhaltung von Budgetvorgaben, Qualität-Standards und Sicherheitsvorschriften
- Sie koordinieren und planen die Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten gemeinsam mit den jeweiligen internen Experten (Instandhaltung, Kontraktormanagement,..)

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL oder vergleichbar)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktionsbereich eines Industriebetriebes
- Führungserfahrung
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office
- Strukturierte, kommunikative und offene Persönlichkeit
- Organisationsgeschick, Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
- Kundenorientiertes, sicheres Auftreten sowie selbständige Arbeitsweise
