Job purpose: To lead the Rail sales team to meet our Rail sales and profit goal
Key challenges (in first 6 – 12m):
1) Maintain current business and develop new business to meet 2015/ 2016 objective
2) Build strong rail team
3) Plan and Coordinate enough resource to support rail business growth
Core Responsibilities:
1) Meet company financial objective for rail business
2) Complete and upgrade 5 yrs sales plan
3) Recruit and develop rail team member and build a strong rail team
4) Good plan and strong execution of distributor management
5) Build up strong customer and related government relationship and network
6) Strengthen and strong coordination of related resource to support the business growth

Experience:
1) At least 10 yrs sales team management and proven successful sales development experience
2) At least 10 yrs distribution management and proven successful experience
3) Managed at least a 10 people team with a lot of successful coordination, planning and execution experience
4) Under complex environment, especially worked for international company before, knows with good experience in dealing with multifunctional operations.
Knowledge & Skills (functional competences and capabilities):
1) Equipped with abundant market and industrial knowledge, especially in Transportation industry.
2) Very strong communication and negotiation skill both in Chinese and English
3) Strong planning, coordination and execution capability, especially under extreme pressure and complexity.
4) Strong people handling skill
5) Capable of recruiting and retaining good people
