- Lead and develop an European Key Account Managers network towards Fleet, Lease and Insurance (FLI) companies.
- Investigation of "voice of the customer" to identify the key success factors within the target group
- Negotiate and conclude contracts with the Insurances in close co-operation with the International Key Account Management
- Support and guide the negotiation of national commercial agreements for Axalta in line with pan European/Global Commercial Agreements Policy
- Leadership in development of FLI and Bodyshop (Networks) service solutions including design, build, implementation and operational delivery of these service solutions throughout EMEA
- Help to create and maintain a central database covering information relating to the insurance industry at headquarters, regional and national level
- Co-ordination and implementation of Projects across countries and brands
- Establish financial targets related to the insurance segment
- Monitor Business with FLI Companies and its Profitability

- University degree in economics with focus on sales/marketing preferred
- 8-10 years professional experience
- experience in negotiations with major companies at senior management level
- ability to challenge/impact country organizations at senior management level
- knowledge of international business processes, especially within the refinish industry and all its influencing players, in particular FLI companies
