Chemist Full Time - Regular Jiading 3403
Job purpose:
      Develop product to meet customer requirement for performance and cost, ensure new product can be produced in workshop. Clearly understand recipe and application, continuously improve recipe to according to requirement. Understand customer standard and testing method. Transfer stable product to production team. Follow quality procedure.
 
Key challenges (in first 6 – 12m):
1.        Develop new product within time line passing approval, line trial .
2.        Provide solution for issue
3.        Control tool box
 
Core Responsibilities:
 
1.        Core principle compliance on safety, health , environmental
2.        Develop new product according to APQP procedure
3.        Attend team review after 3 batches of alignment to ensure formula centering
4.        Balance cost , support LSS,  support VMI
5.        Communicate for latest progress of product development
6.        Follow Alignment procedure together with  alignment chemist, control and improve     tinting times
7.        Rework to reduce waste
8.        Support internal and external quality audit by needed documentation
9.        Train and manage technician to ensure their capability and work
10.     Complete other work allocated from supervisor.

1.        Master degree or above( chemical or related)
2.        Good at color awareness, at least 3 years of experience on coating

8.        Good planner, organizer.
