Our flagship coatings for heavy-duty trucks are based on industry-leading Imron® Elite technology. This system is applied at more heavy-duty truck assembly plants globally than any other brand. It is designed to meet and exceed strict environmental volatile organic compound (VOC) emission regulations, including hazardous air pollutants (HAPs). Imron Elite also provides a full color palette of solid, metallic, and pearl colors. ​

Out of sight, but not out of mind, Axalta powder coatings and coating systems are used on multiple components of heavy-duty trucks. Alesta® powder coatings protect chassis, brackets, supports, and many other components.​

Our expertise in application methods from automatic pneumatic guns to electrostatic bell applications offers support to customers with productive application systems. Our sales and technical representatives assist with flexible logistics solutions, such as our metric mixing machine that offers thousands of colors from one Tint system for OEM customers. The same highly durable system can also be used in refinish fleet repair shops to deliver a superior finish. Our paints and processes are backed by highly skilled, dedicated technical resources. We also offer support and expertise to our customers with any process or paint system issues. ​
