The Axalta Women’s Network was established in 2016 and celebrates women in the workforce. The Network, which has a tagline of “Learn, Mentor, Lead,” provides experiences throughout the year for Axalta women in all levels of the organization to network, collaborate and support each other.

In April 2017, the Axalta’s Women’s Network hosted more than 60 female employees at an event to meet Axalta Board Members Lori Ryerkerk, Deborah Kissire and Elizabeth Lempres. Moderated by Tabitha Oman, Axalta Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Compliance and Sustainability, the event provided the audience with access to senior-level female executives to hear their success stories, how they balance life and work, how to take calculated risks and other career advice.

Axalta Coating Systems was highlighted in the Women in Leadership Report 2017, which is crafted and distributed as a collaboration between PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Forum of Executive Women.
