The square is surrounded by modern glass-and-steel buildings, including the 14-story, 347,000-square-foot office tower at 3025 Market Street and the 512,000-square-foot, 28-story residential tower at 3025 JFK Boulevard.

Designed by architects from SHoP and West 8, the buildings are characterized by their sleek, contemporary designs and emphasis on sustainability. The development’s buildings are LEED™-certified, and they feature a variety of energy-efficient systems, such as green roofs, solar panels, and high-performance facades. In addition to the commercial and residential spaces, the development will also feature a 14-story innovation center that will house research labs, incubator spaces, and startup offices. The center will serve as a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship, fostering collaboration between academic researchers, private industry, and investors.
