Today we are joined by Ana Cristina Perez, Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will talk about the recruitment process for the future leaders of Axalta in the areas of Production, Sales and Logistics.

  • Why was this hiring process started in the company?

We want to increase our capability through strong and diverse new professionals with junior or senior profiles who will become key drivers of organizational results and sustainable business growth.

We want to invest in new talent, and this process is just the first step to ensure, the future management engagement in our company, by offering professional development opportunities to different profiles.

  • In addition to the necessary training for each position, what does Axalta expect from its Future Leaders?

We are looking for professionals with strong communication skills, ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization, not afraid of challenges and with creativity and critical thinking skills. But most of all really hands-on mentality and ownership behavior.

  • The positions offered are for the company's headquarters around Europe. Are there any kind of geographical limitations for people who want to apply for these positions?

We accept candidates from different locations if they are open to relocate and enjoy a multinational environment like ours.

  • What challenges will the selected candidates face once the selection process has come to an end?

They will face real business challenges through their project execution, have the opportunity to broaden their experience in a multinational environment and explore several areas within the different departments. Also, we will prepare them for the next step in their professional careers.
