Customer Training

At Axalta we’ve designed a range of training programs that not only improve the skills and knowledge of the tradesperson, but go a long way in delivering better performance in the bodyshop. Some of the techniques learned in training can lead to the elimination of waste and reduction in costs, while keeping cycle time to a minimum.

We work with attendees to demonstrate the latest coating technologies, industry-leading training techniques and advanced digital equipment to enable repairers to deliver the highest quality refinish.

Our training programs have been developed to offer flexibility to our customers. Training can be delivered in our Training Centres throughout Australia and New Zealand, in a bodyshop or through a mix of blended learning methods to suit the needs of our customers.
