Late last month, we held our Axalta National Technical Representative Conference at our Regional Training Centre in Marsden Park, Sydney where our Tech Reps from across Australia and New Zealand had the chance to meet face-to-face for the first time in a long while. The event for this group was cancelled in early 2020 - but given the importance it was certainly a meeting our team were keen to finally attend.

The 3-day Conference was an opportunity to share their success stories, showcase next year's product launches, and build comradery between the team

Highlights of the conference included a presentation from Jason Trewin, COO at I-CAR, on safety when working on Electric Vehicles of the future, theory and hands-on demonstrations of new products set to launch in 2023, and of course the social team building activities as well.

Everyone left feeling energized, closer to their colleagues and better prepared for 2023!
