FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) has approved Standox, Spies Hecker and Cromax - three of the refinish brands of Axalta, a leading global supplier of liquid and powder coatings. The agreement, which is for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicle refinishing, covers worldwide use of these solventborne and waterborne branded products.

The approval is based on thorough testing which is designed to ensure vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition. It states that only FCA approved products should be used for refinish repairs which includes paint warranty repairs.
