Being with a company for 30 years is quite an achievement. This month it is one that Mick Tutty can add to his list of accomplishments as he celebrates 30 years of service at Axalta. In his role as Technical Consultant, Mick has seen many changes over the years, stating “The only thing that has stayed the same in the business is change.” There have been many changes in products and with that, processes, equipment and customer expectations have had to evolve as the years have passed.

His colleagues have nothing but positive things to say about Mick. “Mick has been an asset to Axalta over the past 30 years. We are all very happy to have him as part of the team and wish him all the best with this achievement.” said Peter Kingsley Rowe, Territory Business Manager.

During his time at Axalta, Mick has found the best thing has been meeting a diverse number of people and having many customers he now regards as friends.
